Cattle Wagon
This model of the NSWGR Cattle wagon (coded CW) is based on the series that began delivery to the railways from 1948. 250 wagons were built in this series and they were numbered from 27775 to 28024. They were built on the 10 foot wheel base Steel “S” truck underframe and were the first cattle wagons to be fitted with automatic couplings from the time they were constructed.

The Body for this model is constructed from fibreglass and resin, the kit includes almost all the detail required to complete a detailed model of a NSWGR Cattle wagon. The body kit includes two sides and two ends, enough to complete ONE wagon. The kit comes as a “flat pack” and requires glueing together.
The builder will need to fit a timber floor and construct a roof (not included in kit).
